BGS30-110

I have a customer with a Blue Giant walker, getting a click or small knock from under the control handle, took covers off seems like motor might have a bit of movement and the fan doesn't look like it spinning straight but before i got hauling motors apart to check fans and bearings etc was wondering if anyone is familiar with these stackers and maybe able to point me in the right direction, then noise is comming from what feels like right under the handle it is cyclic in forward or reverse drive wheel is good condition, the only other thing i never checked was the brake and the air gap on that.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Cheers

sorry for the delayed response
you may have figured this out already but i'll throw in my 2 cents...

2 things...
- when you activate the handle to drive the unit the electric brake you will hear releasing, this will sound like a click or popping sound. You will also hear this when you stop driving and release the handle back to the rest position.
- a known issue with some of the control handles on these units is the return spring inside the control handle head. The standoff for the spring tension arm may be shallow allowing the spring to slip or pop out of position.
remove the handle cover and check the return spring.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
