Authorized USA multi franchised dealers

My interest is to seek opinions of those responsible for management of two or more lift truck product lines being represented at one or more facility's I.E. separate equipment sales and/or aftermarket personnel, distribution of sales leads, avoidance of ill-will of involved parties, successful ground rules enforced, territory management and whatever issues one may suggest that I have overlooked.
