Are Heli and TCM the same forklift

I just purchase a year 2000 Heli FG50
It look like from what I can see in photos of Heli and TCM that the may be the some forklift
Can any one confirm this. It would help in getting aftermarket parts

No. TCM is now a Unicarriers spinoff. Heli is all by itself.
