mrfixit was correct in his weight assessment. I was providing a weight of a 4000lb. unit. Guess I worked with the metric capacity reference in the truck model number too long. Meaning 20 would equal a 4000 lb base unit. In 1967 the 20 meant 2000lbs. Sorry.

Just in case you need an automatic transmission, torque converter or if you like doing the transmission yourself, I have overhaul kits with everything in it to rebuild the whole transmission. Call me 1-440 668 7955

The problem with trailering a forklift truck like this is how do you get it up the ramps and even if the trailer has the capacity will whatever you're pulling the trailer with be able to stop quickly when the need arises?

Without knowing the exact specifications of the unit- ie 3 stage or two stage mast, attachments installed or not, etc, etc. Assuming a 3 stage mast w/side shift, forks 9500 lbs would be a good number to work with.

Just food for thought: a 42 year old forklift (any brand) isn't worth the cost to transport it any where if you have to pay for it - even if it only the cost of fuel.
