any help would be good

The unit has a code 47 any help would be good.It works to raise and lower but it does not move the traction does not work and the alarm does not stop

Code 45 doesn't exist according to my manual, codes are read right to left in binary or with the handset?

Check your drive motors, the brushes in them may be bad.
