Toyota 7FBEU20:
Ac driver cooling fans.

Cooling fans not working getting over temp warning. I swapped out the CPU with one from another lift. Because that is where I traced problem too fans came on with different CPU, Is this some thing that is controlled by possibly a parameter setting? Or is CPU bad.
