UPLIFTING VERTICAL remains one of the only European manufacturers in the sector to maintain its production and workforce in Europe. While many companies choose to outsource the production of machines or sub-assemblies to distant countries, the Spanish company UPLIFTING remains convinced that the only way to guarantee a quality product is to be able to control 100% of all design and manufacturing processes.

It is not an easy choice nowadays, because it is certainly more demanding to manufacture in Europe, due to the strong environmental, fiscal and labour pressures, than to start producing in Asia.

However, the current situation shows that the effort is not in vain and self-reliance has some clear advantages:

UPLIFTING is still growing; its engineering department is expanding to meet the demand for new customized products.

In 2021 UPLIFTING has added two new models of Reach Stackers and two models of mobile cranes to its wide range of products.

Among the new reach stackers:

The model RSUP 100-75 with a lifting capacity of 110t delivered to a large steel mill.

The reach stacker RSUP 100-75 can work with electromagnets, hydraulic clamps or a spreader.

This machine is very compact despite its load capacity of 110t.

Its tool carrier allows the customer to exchange attachments quickly and easily to be multipurpose.

Our ability to manufacture and design custom-made products is one of our strengths, which is highly appreciated by our customers.

RSUP 25 AT - All terrain reach stacker with 25t capacity, with many features required by armies.

The modern UPLIFTING workshops allow us to carry out all the manufacturing processes required for production, including cutting, robotic welding, bending, mechanization, milling, painting, electrical integration and finally a careful and methodical assembly.

The great advantage of being able to control all stages of manufacturing is the ability to detect and correct problems as soon as they appear, rather than allowing  them to go undetected through the assembly process.

Our work philosophy combined with the feedback of our customers helps us to evolve our products and to bring to the customers the answers to their expectations.

In the second semester of 2022, UPLIFTING will present a restyle of these products with, for example, a new upgraded 45t intermodal reach stacker, with new features such as a new cabin, a new interior ergonomic redesign, a renewed electrical system and an improved spreader.

The INTERMODAL RSUP 45 IH reach stacker is one of our popular models, which also represents a great distinction in the handling landscape, since it is placed in a growing sector, in a society more and more concerned with the environment.

UPLIFTING offers two models of Reach Stacker equipped with Piggyback: RSUP45 6IH5 and the RSUP45 7IH5 in different versions, allowing the loading/unloading of boxes or containers in second lanes.
