The Gold Edition of Toyota's 7FBMF forklift

Toyota's 7FBMF, an 80V electric counterbalance truck with capacities from 1.6 to 5.0 T, is now available in a limited Gold Edition.
The limited edition models have improved standard specifications and option packages for enhanced safety and reduced costs. They are available from 2.0 to 5.0 T and boast enhanced features, including an "all-round" digital multifunction display that features an over-speed alarm, drive and lift motor service house meter.

New VX series launched

Yale Europe Materials Handling has introduced a new IC engine-powered, cushion-tyre VX forklift series for the UK, France and Germany that could be extended to other markets in the future.
The new series aims to provide customers with a compact truck that can handle increased capacity loads in smaller spaces. The forklifts work well indoors on smooth floors found in most warehouses and production areas.

Controller now complies with directive

Curtis Instruments has launched a "very significant" upgrade to the Curtis AC motor speed controller family. The new "E" series controllers use dual-microprocessor logic cores that meet the latest industrial truck safety standards.
All trucks that are marketed in the European Economic Area now need to comply with the updated EN 1175-1:1998+A1:2010 safety standard. The previous regulation, EN 954, has been withdrawn and no longer applies.
