As with many things, practical experience is the fastest way to learn how to use a product. It's a known fact the IT industry is an industry that is forever changing and updating at a rapid rate. Therefore, it is almost impossible to be completely savvy with every single new modification or function that is introduced.

Baseplan Software understands this and provides a range of options for our clients to learn more about our products through hands-on training.

We offer scheduled training at our Thornleigh office (Sydney, Australia) with our next scheduled training session being held during the first two weeks in September 2010.

Our courses range from half day to full days with a maximum of eight participants per course enabling each individual to receive personal and professional attention.

The outline and examples used in each training session have derived from frequently asked questions and feedback from users of our software. With the software consistently being enhanced and updated, many of our clients find our training to be a fantastic way of refreshing their knowledge whilst also learning about new or more efficient and productive processes not only from our expert trainers but also perhaps from other clients attending the course.

Alternatively, Baseplan also offers client specific onsite training. Please discuss this with your Account Manager if the option sounds like it may work better for you.

  • Purchase orders;
  • Creditors;
  • Debtors;
  • Stock;
  • Back Office Hire;
  • Hire Counter; and
  • Fleet Management.
