Jerry Wiedmann, president of Wisconsin Lift Truck Corp, has been appointed vice president of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association. Wiedmann has postgraduate qualifications in logistics, operations and project management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He joined Wisconsin Lift Truck in January 1991 and became president in 2007.

He has spent the past five years at Carlson Systems Engineering where he has held the position of project engineer and was most recently sales engineer. Luebke has a degree in agricultural engineering from South Dakota State University.
