Hangcha Group is continuing its growth across the globe with the opening of Hangcha Middle East General Trading, headquartered in Dubai.
The Middle East branch of the Chinese equipment manufacturer will offer sales, rentals, servicing and after-sales support.
George Zhang, general manager of Hangcha International told those attending the opening that Hangcha Middle East will build on Dubai’s strategic location to strengthen its presence in the Middle East and South Asia while stressing the company will work with local partners.
“As a key milestone in Hangcha Group’s global strategy, the establishment of Hangcha Middle East strengthens our regional presence and localisation capabilities,” the company states.
“By improving product configuration, technical support, and service response, we will better meet local operating needs and support the modernisation of the regional logistics equipment industry.”

Wellwit Robotics launches AMR with BlueBotics navigation
Chinese-headquartered autonomous mobile robot (AMR) developer Shenzen Wellwit Robotics, has launched its latest AMR to the market, a low-profile machine designed for materials handling and industrial applications.
The W5-300DL AMR, launched at CeMAT Asia, has a lift capacity of 300kg, a lift height of 60 ± 2 mm and is powered by a 48V/20Ah LiFePo battery.
The AMR has been produced in collaboration with BlueBotics, a Swiss-based vehicle automation business and features its ANT navigation system with Wellwit’s open hardware eco system.
“This combination allows partners to deploy autonomous mobility solutions quickly, reliably, and with full flexibility to meet diverse end-user scenarios,” Wellwit states.
