Shipping of Jungheinrich spare parts at Hamburg airport.

Jungheinrich AG is working with a UK parcel services group to provide next-day delivery of spare parts to UK customers.

The parts are sent from Jungheinrich's Nordestedt warehouse to Hamburg's Fuhlsbϋttel airport where they are flown in Lynx UPS Company's BAe 748 aircraft to Coventry, UK. After landing, Lynx distribution vehicles send the parts to Jungheinrich service engineers by 7am the next day.

Customers in the main population areas receive orders by noon and the rest of the British market receives parts by the end of the work day. Lynx's aircraft will airlift parts from Hamburg to Britain five times a week.

Jungheinrich provides next-day delivery of spare parts in most European countries.
