Happy new financial year to those whose fiscal calendar clicks over today. And what a year it has been: ongoing COVID-19 outbreaks, national shut-downs and, as we read in this week's special investigation, lingering supply chain challenges.
Despite all of that, we have seen strong growth in many markets and numerous equipment categories. In fact, if the manufacturers could churn out more, they'd probably be able to sell them - and at decent prices.
Again, we are struck by the resilience of the materials handling market - and the vital role we play in keeping economies rolling along.
So, to those turning over a new page in their ledgers, we wish you plenty of black ink in the year ahead.
