PEAC Solutions has hired Tibor Horvath, a 40-year industry expert, as senior vice president and CT&I business unit leader. Horvath will be responsible for new business development, vendor programs, sales, and new product creation across all markets that PEAC Solutions serves.
Horvath was a vice president during his tenure at DLL and held numerous key global positions, including membership on the CT&I executive management team. At PEAC, he will continue to work closely with OEMs, dealers, and end-user customers.
PEAC Solutions, formerly Marlin Capital Solutions, has been a provider of capital solutions for small businesses across the United States for 25 years. In addition to supporting small business owners, PEAC offers financing programs to equipment manufacturers, distributors and dealers.

In this role, Daw leads the global procurement and supply chain teams, providing a strategic vision for growth and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives to build and maintain a resilient supply chain for the company.
Daw comes into this position with more than 20 years of working experience in the heavy equipment and engine industries.
Before joining the company, Daw built and led globally diverse supply chain and engineering teams for Caterpillar Inc. and Perkins Engines, Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Birmingham City University.

ePicker has appointed Mike Zinda, an industry veteran in materials handling with over 27 years of experience, as vice president of sales to accelerate growth and expansion of global sales.
Zinda brings with him a unique combination of parts, service, sales, and design expertise, with specific focus on forklifts, automation, fleet management, telematics, lithium-ion power and warehouse storage systems.
Prior to joining ePicker, he worked with both OEMs and dealerships, covering almost every brand of equipment that is offered in the market today.
As vice president of sales, Zinda will be responsible for expanding the ePicker global sales and distribution network of its product offerings.
