Easy-FORCE-C: the right clamping pressure for your load configuration
Bolzoni has set a new milestone in the white goods material handling. This new Bolzoni Auramo system is a great tool to help the forklift truck driver, to select the correct clamping pressure according to the load to be handled. Through various levels of selection, on the touch screen monitor fitted in the driver cabin, the operator enters the load type and load configuration and with a simple touch of display the device sets the correct clamping pressure. The handling can now proceed in a simple and fast way.
More simple and intuitive interface
Thanks to the 7" touchscreen display, the operator sets the type of load to be handled with a few simple touches: select the product category (washing machines or refrigerators, for example), the type of product in the specific and the load configuration.
Once these three simple steps have been carried out, the system automatically sets the correct clamping pressure and confirms to the truck driver with a simple message on the display that the pressure has been limited.
Handling repeatability and data customization
Once a handling operation is finished, the configuration is saved and can be re-selected with a simple click, without having to re-enter the parameters. This is very useful especially in logistic centers where recurring cargo compositions are moved.
Frequently used and history configurations are automatically saved by the system, moreover favourites configurations can be saved and are visible on the cabin display, in order to be quickly re-selected by the driver.
Clear layout, optimum visibility, this system is simple and intuitive to use: the icons allow to quickly select the characteristics of the load configuration to be handled.
To ensure maximum efficiency this system is equipped with Wi-Fi connection. This allows to store data clamp records and pressure details in a dedicated webserver.
Furthermore, operation details can be customized at a later time on the web platform. Load dimensions, weight and possible handling configurations are uploaded in the system and matched with a defined clamping force. Load data can be changed and updated in the system and are directly updated on the cabin display.
One of the main advantages that this system provides is the possibility to reuse handling settings and to be able to save the load configuration associated with the correct pressure.
Closed loop safe handling
To facilitate the driver, and to significantly reduce the risk of load damage due to possible incorrect clamping pressure, Easy-FORCE-C has been designed with a closed loop system. The proportional valve is controlled by the system that continuously sample the hydraulic pressure through a dedicated sensor.
Remote data access for Corporate and Fleet Managers
Thanks to the Easy-FORCE GPS tracking, Logistic Managers have remote access on real-time handling data. This allows Fleet Managers to control the forklift truck activities, their position, the running missions and the operating pressure applied to a specific load.
Thanks to different level of accessibility, customer corporate managers have visibility to information of machines operating in all plants of the group around the globe, while fleet or plant manager can monitor the machines in the single facility. In this case, they can as well modify and adjust the parameters of the handling operation for each individual clamp.
Moreover, the system is equipped with a function enabling to set up notifications and warnings to remind about clamp maintenance intervals, or to directly contact the attachment manufacturer service in case of technical problems.
