The Cascade remanufacturing program, which began in 1985, is the most rigorous in the industry. It begins when remanufacturing departments buy back used attachments from customers. Every remanufactured unit undergoes extensive testing to ensure it has been returned to the original factory specifications - and, if applicable, they are updated to more recent specifications. Thoroughly restored to their original condition, every unit is backed by our one-year warranty and shipped with detailed installation instructions. Remanufacturing facilities are found at Cascade branches across the world: Canada, Australia, Italy, the Netherlands, and China.


Cascade's meticulous remanufacturing process for each attachment follows these steps:

• Steam Cleaning: All oil, grease and dirt is removed.
• Disassembly: Every attachment is completely disassembled, steam cleaned again and visually inspected.
• Shotblasting: Component parts are returned to bare metal.
• Magnafluxing: Every weld is carefully inspected to reveal possible defects invisible to the naked eye.
• Repair & Remanufacturing: All wear parts are repaired or replaced to see that all factory specs are met.
• Hydraulics: All hoses are replaced. Cylinders and valves are remanufactured and tested.
• Reassembly & Testing: Components are reassembled, functionally tested and checked for conformance to Cascade engineering standards.
• Painting: Each unit receives a final coat of lacquer paint that serves either as a final color, or as a base primer for your own color preference.
