With 45 years of experience on the forklift business as manufacture of hydraulic attachments, A.T.I.B.® has recently launched their NEW TELESCOPIC FORKS for reach trucks and counterbalanced forklift.

It's already known that telescopic forks speed up loading and unloading time, cut internal transport costs in half, improve space utilization and reduce damages to both goods and pallets.

Improvements done by A.T.I.B.® technical department have obviously taken into consideration all those aspect and have been focused on the following elements:

STRENGTH
A.T.I.B.® TELESCOPIC FORKS have higher push and pull strength by the use of a single cylinder on each fork; in addition to the normal 25% time saving by one sided loading or unloading, this allows to the forklift driver the possibility to extend or retract forks with the load, saving an extra 10% time for the same operation.

DEPTH
The NEW TELESCOPIC FORKS have been realised with an extra 6% stroke, offering the possibility to go deeper and load or unload trucks and racks with much safer operations.

LIGHTNESS
A.T.I.B.® TELESCOPIC FORKS have been realised using smaller forks section in order to save weight and increase the residual capacity of the forklift, in particular when forks are extended.

CAPACITY
Despite the use of smaller forks section, The NEW TELESCOPIC FORKS are made by special steel and manufacturing process giving as result an increase of 20% of their capacity, compared to the previous ones.

DURABILITY
A.T.I.B.® TELESCOPIC FORKS have new fork pockets shape with bottom plates of high strength steel, increasing the life of the forks; the new shape with a wedge tip helps the driver during forking operation and reduces significantly damages to pallets and goods.
