The dreaded pfet 412 nissan 40

Looked at some mosfets on the board (main) no shorts. But there are two diodes in right back corner standing behind machine. D113 d114 it's a three legged diode marking look like bl2 can't find info on it. Between tab and pin 1 is shorted on both. Tab and 3 is not shorted. Can anyone with a nissan 40 test for me and see if that normal. I can't find a data sheet for bl2 diode.

So diode is ok. I found a data sheet for it. Not i have to find the pfet location. Nothing is labeled and I can't find a service manual. Any advice would be appreciated.
