Max has more than 20 years of commercial logistics and supply chain experience. As Chief Operations Officer at DP World Australia, he is responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of the company's terminal operations.

He has a strong background in commercial delivery, including revenue streams, customer engagement, customer satisfaction, business development and stakeholder engagement.
Since joining DP World Australia as Chief Commercial Officer in March 2014, Max has driven a number of significant customer-focused projects, including commissioning independent research on DP World Australia's customer engagements.

Max recognises that DP World Australia operates in a competitive local market where pressures on pricing and cost reflect global industry pressures. Under Max's leadership, customer satisfaction and engagement levels have significantly improved.
