Element® valve-regulated lead-acid batteries

Industrial Batteries

Flooded Batteries
Flooded lead acid batteries have cells with liquid electrolyte and are available in flat and tubular plate constructions with a wide variety of plate sizes.

AGM (VRLA) Batteries
AGM stands for Absorbed Glass Mat where the electrolyte in the cell is locked in a fiberglass mat between the plates. This valve regulated lead acid technology is low maintenance because it never needs watering.

GNB has several product families for AGM batteries including our Element® brand that never
need watering and are designed for light retail and medium warehouse material handling
applications. We also offer a complete battery and onboard charger system for the PalletPro hand trucks as well as deep cycle Bloc batteries in convenient 12 Volt and 6 Volt, Group 24 and Group 27 battery sizes.

GNB also develops and manufactures heavy-duty batteries for special applications such as our line of Element® SLS Locomotive Starting Batteries. These products utilize proven Absolyte^® VRLA technology to create the industry's first low maintenance railway diesel starting battery. The batteries are non-spillable thus eliminating damage to equipment and greatly reducing
environmental concerns and increasing personnel safety.

Tubular-HP® High Performance Batteries.

Tubular Models
GNB product families include Tubular-HP® High Performance Batteries that feature a tubular-plate design - a design that delivers more power than equivalent dimension flat-platebatteries. The Tubular-LM™ Low Maintenance family incorporates extended watering intervalsand maintenance contract options. The Tubular-LM™ FP System is targeted for electric pallet jackand walkie stacker needs. It combines the low maintenance Tubular-LM battery technology with anon-board top-mounted high frequency charger for convenience and ease of use.

Flat-Plate Models
GNB^®'s line of Flooded Classic® Batteries all deliver consistent and reliable power with economy. The GNB^® Fusion™ model is designed especially for use with GNB Fusion Fast Chargers. GNB^® Flooded Classic™ Platinum Batteries are engineered for increased efficiency and productivity.

Two specialized flat-plate battery families are offered for the Railroad industry.
GNB^® Flooded Classic^® KDZ Locomotive Starting Batteries are compact and dependable. TypesKDZ-2701 and KDZ-3001 locomotive starting batteries feature proven reliability and performance,quick engine cranking, high break-away current, long service life, and heavy-duty constructionthroughout. KDZ-2701 offers large reservoir of electrolyte. KDZ-3001 offers higher capacity per cube.

GNB^® Flooded Classic^® KDZ Low Maintenance Locomotive Starting Batteries are designed to provide 180-day Watering Intervals. Type KDZ-501 features proven reliability and performance for excellent cranking capacity to meet the requirements of railroads. Type KDZ-651 delivers the power you'll need, no matter what the conditions.

The ST Series charger has the power in a compact, convenient package. A single shift charger
with 120 VAC input, the ST Series Charger is the easy charger for simple operations, just plug-in and go!

GNB^® Fusion™ Fast Charger
The GNB^® Fusion™ series of high frequency fast chargers are ideal for fast charging industrial
electric lift truck batteries, but is also flexible enough to be used as a conventional or opportunity charger.

Element^® EiHF Charger
The Element^® series of high frequency chargers are ideal for conventional or opportunity charging, but are flexible enough to be used as a fast charger.

GNB^® SCR200 Charger
The SCR200 8-hour charger is the ideal charger for all battery types: Tubular-LM™, Element^®, Tubular-HP^®, GNB^® Flooded Classic^®, or GNB^® Flooded Classic Platinum™.

GNB^® EF Series Ferroresonant Charger
The EF Series Ferroresonant chargers are conservatively rated to recharge GNB® Flooded

EHF Series™ High Frequency Charger
The EHF Series™ high frequency charger uses the latest in MOSFET technology resulting in a
