Springdale facility of National Lift of Arkansas Inc

Clark and Hyundai forklift dealership National Lift of Arkansas Inc has relocated its north-west Arkansas branch about 18 mi. (29 km) to Springdale from Fayetteville.

"This new space has doubled the size of the company's older facility as well aspositioning the company in the middle of the north-west Arkansas market," says Baron Selman, vice president of operations. "The facility was growing tighter each year due to the growth of our client base."

The new location is near the crossroads of Arkansas Route 412 and Interstate highway 49, allowing for easy access to the south to reach Fayetteville, to the north for Bentonville, Rogers and Lowell and to both Oklahoma to the west, and the Harrison, Arkansas area to the east.

"We are determined to make this market a primary focus for us due to the rapid growth of the commercial business here," Selman says. "Our business has already increased since we moved just because of the location."

In addition to tight conditions, the Fayetteville site and nearby industrial properties are targets of the public University of Arkansas for construction of student housing.

National Lift of Arkansas originally moved into the state's north-west region in 2007 in Fayetteville, occupied 6,000 sqft. (557 sqm) there and completed its relocation on 1 May to 12,000 sqft. (1,115 sqm) in Springdale.

In addition to the Clark and Hyundai brands, National Lift of Arkansas represents the Versa-Lift and Hoist FR forklift lines, JLG and Genie scissor lifts and SkyTrak and Genie boom lifts.

National Lift of Arkansas has a 25,000 sqft. (2,323 sqm) facility in Little Rock, the state capital and Arkansas's largest city. Six employees staff the Springdale location, and 11 work at the Little Rock facility.

Perry and Jeff Paul Dubose own separately operated equipment businesses including National Lift of Arkansas Inc in Little Rock and Springdale, Arkansas; National Lift Truck Inc in Franklin Park and Hazel Crest, Illinois; and Nissan Liftrucks of Memphis in Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee.
