Alan Blake has retired as CEO of JCB after almost 25 years of service. Blake became CEO on1 January 2010 and is the fifth person to hold the position.
CEO-designate Graeme Macdonald, who took over on 1 January, says Blake has contributed a huge amount to the growth and success of JCB over many years.
Blake will remain as an advisor to JCB.

John Patterson has retired as chairman and CEO of JCB's North American operations. Arjun Mirdha will take up the position of president and CEO of JCB in North America. Under Patterson's leadership as Group CEO, JCB opened facilities in Savannah, Georgia; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Pune, India and Shanghai, China.
Arjun Mirdha took up his new role from 1 January 2014, and reports directly to new group CEO Graeme Macdonald.

TMI International, LLC, a leading supplier of workplace environmental management systems and other PVC based products, has promoted David Rimbey to president and CEO. Rimbey was TMI's vice president of operations, where he oversaw all operations in TMI's manufacturing facilities. Prior to joining TMI, he served as the US manufacturing manager of North American operations for an engineering plastics extruder near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has also served as equipment engineering manager for Sony Electronics, where he earned a black belt in Six Sigma statistical process control.

Integrated Systems Design (ISD) has promoted Thomas J Pawlowicz to senior account executive. Prior to joining ISD, Pawlowicz was vice president - project management at Jervis B. Webb Company in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where he was responsible for overseeing the development of materials handling systems for the automotive, tier one and industrial markets; and systems for automated guided vehicles and automated storage and retrieval applications. Before joining Jervis B. Webb Co, Pawlowicz worked for Siemens in Farmington Hills and held the positions of project engineer, project manager, program manager, project group manager supervising projects for automotive and heavy industrial applications, management representative and operations manager.
