Yale top among forklift providers
GREENVILLE, NC, United States

Yale Materials Handling Corporation has received the highest ranking among full-line forklift providers in a range of service-related categories, an independent study by Hanover Research shows.
Yale Distribution president Bill Pfleger says: "Service is engrained into who we are at Yale — from our design engineers to plant personnel, to our amazing dealer network.
"The results of this study validate our dealers and our emphasis on providing industry-leading service to customers by standing behind our forklifts throughout their long lifecycle."
Hanover Research conducted the study this year with industry respondents involved in buying forklifts for their companies.
