Palfinger North America has appointed Tom Zwickle as the national sales and product manager for the Epsilon timber and recycling cranes and American Hawk bulk waste cranes. Zwickle started his career with Palfinger North America in November 2007 as a Northeastern sales manager for the Crayler truck-mounted forklift product line. In his new role, he will oversee product development and sales strategies, pursue opportunities in new markets and grow and manage the existing customer base.
