EnerSys has appointed Raymond E Mabus Jr as a member of the company's board of directors. Mabus has served as chairman of Foamex International Inc's board since February 2004 and as a Foamex director since 2000. He was president and CEO of Foamex from June 2006 to April 2007. He also served as US ambassador to Saudi Arabia from 1994 to 1996. He was governor of Mississippi from 1988 to 1992. He left public service in 1996 to join the board of directors of Strategic Partnerships LLC.

Global logistics company CEVA has appointed John Pattullo as CEO. Pattullo replaces David Kulik. Before joining CEVA, Pattullo was chief operating officer of Deutsche Post/DHL's EMEA contract logistics business. He has worked in various leadership positions supporting Proctor & Gamble's global supply chain.
