Bennit Schmieder has been appointed to the position of president of EP Equipment Europe after eight years of working with the company as its marketing director.

He worked with Jungheinrich for more than seven years before that.

“From a small five people-band to an international, modern organisation with industry veterans, technology experts and new sales channels, we have created a team that is ready to take on the future,” Schmieder says.

“I am proud to be leading our European organisation through these challenging and exciting times. We promise to continue challenging our success and trying new ways of growing together, learning from each other, and staying true to what makes EP different.”

Kalmar - Finland

Kalmar’s senior vice president of human resources, Mathias Höglund, has left the company this week.

“Mathias, together with the global Human Resources team, has played a key role in building the foundation and strengthening the HR processes in Kalmar, particularly during our transition to a listed independent company,” Kalmar CEO and president Sami Niiranen says.

“On behalf of the entire leadership team, I would like to thank Mathias for his valuable contribution and warmly wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
