Mark Leposky

Mark Leposky will serve as an independent director on Flux Power Holdings’ board of directors.
Leposky has more than 30 years of experience in leading, transforming, growing and turning around consumer product and service companies.
He currently serves as executive vice president and chief supply chain officer of Topgolf Callaway Brands, where he is responsible for sourcing, manufacturing, golf ball research and development, engineering, quality, program management, planning, purchasing, transportation and logistics.
Prior to this role, he served as the president and chief executive officer of Gathering Storm, chief supply chain officer at Fisher Scientific and chief operating officer at TaylorMade Golf.
Leposky also served in the US Army for 16 years, retiring with the rank of major.
He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in industrial technology from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Barbara Caporali
Yanmar Compact Equipment - Germany
Barbara Caporali has been named as the new commercial director of Yanmar Compact Equipment’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region as part of a reorganisation of the company’s commercial department.
Caporali will be responsible for a range of commercial activities, including dealer sales, key account sales, network development and demand planning.
An experienced construction equipment executive, Caporali has spent almost the entirety of her two-decade career at CNH Industrial, where she has held a number of leadership roles that encompass sales, network development and marketing. Her most recent position was head of network development Europe.
“We are confident that Barbara’s experience, strategic growth outlook and leadership skills are the right combination to deliver Yanmar CE’s commercial aspirations across the key European, Middle East and African market, which accounts for roughly a third of global sales,” comments José Cuadrado, global chief executive officer, speaking in his role as interim managing director of Yanmar CE’s EMEA region.
An Italian national, Caporali holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Florence in Italy.
Terry L. Kiesling
Applied Manufacturing Technologies - United States
Applied Manufacturing Technologies has appointed Terry L. Kiesling as business development manager to support the increasing demand for automation in the warehousing and logistics industry.
Working with vice president of sales Scott Kilpatrick, Kiesling will focus on offering leading-edge robotics solutions to the warehousing and logistics industry that integrate advanced vision technology and artificial intelligence, as well as autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
“Terry’s extensive experience in industrial automation solutions will be invaluable to our clients, especially in the warehousing and distribution sectors where she has deep domain experience and strong connections,” says AMT’s Kilpatrick.
Kiesling has experience in the automation, networking and test and measurement industries.
Prior to joining Applied Manufacturing Technologies, Kiesling served as global account manager at Omron Automation Americas.
