Euroexpo managing director Peter Kazander will retire after 20 years with the company that organises the annual LogiMAT trade show in Stuttgart.
Kazander has already handed over responsibility for the Stuttgart event to Michael Ruchty, who is now LogiMAT Stuttgart exhibition director.
He will continue as managing director of LEG, running LogiMAT China and the second LogiMAT Intelligent Warehouse event in Bangkok, Thailand.
Euroexpo managing partner Christoph Huss says: “He (Kazander) and his team made LogiMAT into one of the world’s leading intralogistics trade shows, a must-attend event in the logistics calendar.”
Kazander says: “Our success has always been rooted in good teamwork in the turbulent trade show business. With this small but highly motivated and dedicated team, we have been able to achieve extraordinary things with LogiMAT.

Konecranes Senior Vice President - Integration and Project Management Topi Tiitola has stepped down from the company’s leadership team but will remain with the company until January to ensure a smooth handover.
Konecranes president and chief executive officer Anders Svensson says: “I want to thank Topi Tiitola for his contribution to Konecranes' leadership team and the company overall over the past years. I warmly wish Topi all the best in his future endeavours."
