ZF has appointed Damon Baffico as head of sales – Oceania, CV aftermarket & OE trailer.
In this role, Baffico will be responsible for sales of ZF’s commercial vehicle technology, systems and components in both the trailer original equipment and aftermarket segments.
He has been a member of the ZF Oceania team for over five years, originally appointed as business development manager, with his new position also seeing him join the local leadership team.
Tertiary qualified and with over 30 years’ sales and management experience within the commercial vehicle and transportation industries, Baffico is excited about his new role.
Mark Stanton

Elokon has appointed Mark Stanton as its new senior vice president of sales.
Stanton brings with him a wealth of experience in the materials handling industry, with a deep knowledge of forklift fleet management and forklift safety systems.
He has worked in the industry for over 25 years, including serving as general manager for supply chain solutions at a leading publicly traded fleet management solutions provider. He has an impressive track record of driving growth and innovation, as well as leading numerous business units.
Stanton's appointment comes at a critical time for Elokon as the company continues to expand its presence in North America.
Rob Crisci
Lineage Logistics - United States
Lineage Logistics has named Rob Crisci as chief financial officer.
Crisci brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in the industrial and technology sectors.
Crisci joins Lineage from Roper Technologies where he most recently served as the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. In that role, he oversaw the business’s global financial operation and played a central role in its transformation from a cyclical industrial company to one focused primarily on software, helping to increase recurring revenue, operating margins and organic growth.
Prior to Roper, Rob worked in investment banking at VRA Partners and Morgan Keegan, as a buy-side advisor at Devon Value Advisers and as a Capital Markets Consultant at Deloitte & Touche.
