A death at Lineage Logistics
A 38-year-old man has died while working on a forklift inside the Lineage Logistics storage facility in Everett.

According to witnesses, a relatively new employee was crushed in the torso during a forklift accident.

Local police confirmed that the 38-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

It appears he was working on the hydraulic system when the machine collapsed on him.

OSHA investigators have visited the scene.
