For the past 12 years, he has been associated with Raymond Corporation and held the positions of corporate aftermarket parts manager, regional business development manager and recently was regional customer care manager for US, Mexico and Japan.

The board of directors at CNH Global has elected Harold Boyanovsky as the company's permanent president and chief executive officer. Boyanovsky was appointed interim president and chief executive officer in February 2005 when former president and chief executive officer Paolo Monferino left CNH to become chief executive of Iveco SpA. Boyanovsky continues to serve as president of CNH's construction equipment business, a position he has held since September 2002.
