KION Group AG that he is resigning as chairman of the company's supervisory board at the conclusion of the 2019 Annual General Meeting. Michael Macht and Weichai Power chairman Tan Xuguang have been asked to rejoin the board as shareholder representatives. Macht will be nominated for election as chairman.
Macht, a mechanical engineer, was a member of the board of management of Volkswagen AG with responsibility for group production from 2010 to 2014. From 1998 to 2010, he served on the executive board at Porsche AG, and, most recently, was the company's chief executive officer. In June 2018, he became a non-executive member of Weichai Power's board of directors and joined the KION board in October 2018.
"We owe a huge debt of gratitude to John Feldmann for the enormous commitment that he has shown in supporting the KION Group as chairman of the supervisory board over the past eight years," says Gordon Riske, chief executive officer of KION Group AG. "He has demonstrated a sense of obligation toward all of the company's stakeholders and played a significant role in implementing the German Corporate Governance Code in the Group."

JLG Industries has announced leadership promotions in its North American, Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, Russia (EMEAIR) aftermarket operations.
Wade Jones has been named general manager of North America Parts, a newly created role. Jones will partner with the JLG Parts sales team while continuing to lead JLG Parts Distribution Centre operations. Jones brings with him to this new role 13 years of JLG experience, most recently as the regional vice president of sales and service, and more than 20 years in the heavy equipment industry.
Ken Ferguson has been named the general manager of North America Service and Used Equipment, a new position at JLG. Ferguson was most recently the director of used equipment. He brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to his new post, including three years with JLG.
Willie van Ryneveld has been named the director of customer care for the EMEAIR region. Bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in customer and product support and manufacturing operations, van Ryneveld will oversee parts management, parts distribution centre operations, field services and training.
David Wei has been named associate director of aftermarket for JLG's APAC operations. Wei will be responsible for the strategic direction of all service, parts sales, training and quality in the region. His new role will be instrumental in developing market demand for all aftermarket customer support activities.
