TVH in the Americas has named Dirk von Holt as its new president.
von Holt joined the company in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge. As the vice president of sales and marketing, he was instrumental in streamlining TVH's organisational processes and setting up a network of distribution centres in order to ensure a positive customer experience. In his new role, he will continue to provide strategic leadership and help to create a structure for TVH's future growth and development.

Magline has announced the addition of Fran Bridges as vice president of engineering. Bridges is responsible for the development, design and innovation of new products as well as continuous improvement of current designs to assist in growing and strengthening an already robust line of product offerings.
As a bilingual design technical leader and program manager, he brings over 20 years of experience defining, planning and implementing multi-faceted programs.
Bridges joins Magline following his most recent position as vice president of operations for Segway in Bedford, New Hampshire. His responsibilities with Segway included leadership of strategy development, product design, material planning and procurement, quality, customer technical support and manufacturing operations. Additional experience includes leadership roles with Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
Bridges holds several educational credentials including: BA Computer Science, BS Electrical Engineering, and MS Computer Control Theory.

Zweibrücken, GermanyUlrich Strieder has been appointed operations director for the two
Terex Cranes plants in Zweibrücken - Dinglerstraße and Wallerscheid. In this new role, he will be reporting directly to Terex Cranes Germany managing director Thomas Schramm.
Strieder has extensive experience managing operations for a number of important companies. After obtaining a master's degree in engineering from RWTH Aachen University, he started his career with the steel tube manufacturer Mannesmann Röhren-Werke in 1991. In 2000, he joined Kronenberg GmbH as a technical director, followed by a move to MAN Commercial Vehicles in 2003 as a production director. Finally, Strieder worked as an operations manager at Schütz GmbH & Co. KGaA.
Ulrich Strieder is joining Terex Cranes at a point in time in which the restructured Zweibrücken and Wallerscheid plants have solid workloads and are well-positioned to take on the future.
