Nishimura will focus on expanding North American sales, boosting profitability and promoting the importance of workplace safety. He has over 25 years of experience in the materials handling industry and has worked with Daifuku since 1987. He has served as director of manufacturing at Daifuku America Corporation, a subsidiary of Daifuku North America Holding Company. He was promoted to president in 2013 and will continue to serve as CEO at Daifuku America Corporation.
Tim Hund was promoted to president of Daifuku America Corporation from vice president of their automotive factory automation division. He has over 30 years in the industry.
