Olaf Schulz, 46, to the STILL management board for four years, with effect from 1 January 2014. As chief financial officer, Schulz will be responsible for finance and IT. He succeeds
Nikolaus Michelsen, 36, who is stepping down from the board from 31 December to pursue new challenges.
Since 2007, Schulz has been head of group controlling at KION Material Handling GmbH. Between 1995 and 2006, he worked in various managerial functions in finance departments at companies of the mg technologies group, most recently as head of group controlling at mg technologies ag. In 2006 and 2007, Schulz supported GEA Group AG as an advisor in the sales process of its plant engineering business.

Zeng Guang'an to president of Guangxi LiuGoing Group Co. Zeng will remain vice chairman of LiuGong Machinery. He graduated from Chongqing University and started his career at LiuGong Machinery as an engineer in 1985. During his 28 years with LiuGong, he has served in a number of different management positions. Before his promotion, he held the position of vice chairman and president of Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co since 1999.
Yu Chuanfen will take over as president of LiuGong Machinery. Yu has been with LiuGong since he got his bachelor's degree in welding technology and equipment from Wuhan Huazhong University of Science & Technology in 1994. During his 19 years with LiuGong, he has served in a number of different management positions. He was most recently the vice president of LiuGong Machinery, responsible for the wheel loader division, driveline division, foundry division, LiuGong India and Liuzhou ZF Company.

Lou Callea as vice president and general counsel. Callea will manage all strategic and day-to-day operations in the legal department. He was previously the general counsel for the legal department.
Erric Heitmann has been appointed vice president, engineering. Heitmann will be responsible for product development, manufacturing engineering, systems and advanced engineering, test engineering and product engineering. He was previously director of product development engineering.
Dan Klassen has been appointed vice president, quality and program management. Klassen will assume responsibility for the quality organisation and the program management office. He was previously the director of Muscatine operations in Muscatine, Iowa.
Dave Norton has been appointed vice president, customer solutions for Raymond. Norton will be responsible for custom engineering, sales engineering, field service, training and customer care managers. He will also oversee the product management group on an interim basis. He was previously director of product and manufacturing engineering.
