Hamburg, GermanySTILL GmbH has extended the contract of chief operating officer
Goran Mihajlovic, 42, for another four years after his current term expires at the end of 2013.
Gordon Riske, chairman of the company's supervisory board, says Mihajlovic has done an excellent job. "Amongst others, he has carried out the restructuring of all the STILL factories. This process has by now been nearly completed. Due to the restructuring, the STILL brand is in an excellent position for the future."
Mihajlovic has been member of the management board of STILL GmbH since the end of 2009. He previously was the plant manager for the Hamburg plant, and in that function has coordinated STILL production sites worldwide.

Matt Fearon as president of its aerial work platform (AWP) business segment. He succeeds
Tim Ford, who will become the president of Terex Cranes. Fearon has 25 years of industry experience, including 18 years with Genie operations. Fearon was managing director of Terex AWP Europe until he was named in August 2012 as vice president and general manager of Terex AWP Americas. Ford joined Terex in 2006 following executive assignments at Toro, Honeywell and General Electric.
Current Terex Cranes president
Kevin Bradley will transition to the role of senior vice president and chief financial officer after the filing of the company's annual report for 2012.
Phil Widman will retire as senior vice president and chief financial officer from 31 March. Bradley was appointed Terex Cranes president in January 2011. Prior to that, he had served as president of Terex Financial Services since joining Terex in 2005.
Steve Filipov has been appointed president of Terex Material Handling and Port Solutions. Filipov, who was president of developing markets and strategic accounts, will also assume the position of chief operating officer of Demag Cranes AG. Terex is the largest shareholder in Demag. Filipov, who joined Terex in 1995, was president of Terex Cranes from 2004-2008.
George Ellis, president of Terex Construction, will continue in that role and also assume responsibility for the company's operations in India. Ellis joined Terex through the Genie acquisition in 2002 and has held senior management positions at various Terex operations.
Aloysius Rauen has announced he will resign as CEO of Demag Cranes AG once the integration of Demag into the Terex group has progressed. Filipov will replace Rauen when he resigns.
