Goodwin started working in sales at Jungheinrich in 1986. In 1994, he left to take up a project management role at BOC Distribution Services before rejoining the forklift company two and a half years later.
As a former board member of the British Industrial Truck Association, he was responsible for the adoption of an industry-wide apprenticeship development program.

He will lead a team of senior executives charged with international and strategic business development in North America. Pruett was previously senior border trade adviser for the US Department of Commerce's international trade administration. With more than 15 years' experience in global logistics, Pruett has held executive roles with CEVA Freight and Brightpoint Europe specialising in multi-country, raw materials supply chain design, cross-border vendor-managed inventory programs, and pan-European retail channel distribution.
