Sierra has over eight years' experience in the materials handling industry, working with service, technical support, warranty and aftermarket parts. He will provide field service technical support to the dealer organisation, end-users and customers in North and South America, as well as administration of the company's warranty policies. He will also support dealerships and customers in Mexico.
