He will oversee Toyota dealership operations from the company's North America base. Neyer was previously service operations vice president at Pon Material Handling in Houston, Texas. His 30-plus years of materials handling industry experience includes president and CEO of Portman Equipment Company, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Briggs International has appointed Jim Ripkey as regional vice president, covering the Florida market for Briggs Equipment.
Four Briggs Equipment regional vice presidents will now deal with former Barloworld sites in their expanded roles. Darrell Williams, in Atlanta, Georgia, will cover Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Courtney Harvey, in Dallas, Texas, will cover portions of Texas and Mississippi and all locations in Arkansas and Tennessee. Chuck Matthews, in Houston, Texas, is responsible for a portion of Texas, most of Mississippi and all of Alabama. Dago Magallan, in McAllen, Texas, will oversee eight south Texas markets.
LiftOne president Bill Ryan has appointed James Holmes, Mark Drummond and Emmett Forman as, respectively, north, south and east regional managers. Holmes is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and responsible for North Carolina and portions of South Carolina. Drummond, formerly with Barloworld, is in Columbia, South Carolina, and covers a portion of that state. Also formerly with Barloworld, Forman is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and responsible for the Nashville, Alabama and northern Georgia territories.
