Customer support and reliable products were the winning formula for Andover Fork Truck Services at the Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks dealer awards.

The forklift dealer won a gold award and was honoured with the dealer of the year award.

Announcing the winner at The Belfry resort, Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks general manager Mike Jones said the dealer of the year award is the company's highest accolade, recognising "the best of the best as defined by exemplary customer service, professionalism and all-round performance".

"Andover fought a hard campaign to achieve the highest possible standards for its customers throughout the central south coast region," Jones said.

Accepting the honour, Andover sales director John Clapcott said his company consistently strove to give customers the highest standards. "I'm proud to spearhead such an outstanding, passionate and driven team, without whom none of this would be possible."

Andover Fork Truck Services has been an authorised Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks dealer for more than 30 years, serving customers in Oxfordshire, Dorset, Hampshire and Berkshire. It has won a gold award for 12 consecutive years.
