Fairchild Equipment will represent Mariotti in Minnesota and North Dakota

Mariotti USA, distributor of V.Mariotti products in North America, has increased its presence in Minnesota and North Dakota with the appointment of Fairchild Equipment as an authorised dealer.

"The addition of the Mariotti line of compact forklifts will allow Fairchild Equipment to broaden its portfolio in Minnesota and North Dakota where manufacturing, materials handling and product storage are rapidly growing and diversifying," says Mark Stammer, corporate sales and marketing director at Fairchild Equipment. "This will enable our products and services to be more competitive and we are excited to partner with suppliers, such as Mariotti USA, that focus on integrity and performance."

V.Mariotti forklift solutions have been sold in North America since 1998 to a wide variety of industries. In 2016, Mariotti USA was formed, consolidating the United States and Canada into a single distributorship. Partnering with the factory, V.Mariotti of Turin, Italy, Mariotti USA has developed a network of exclusive dealers throughout North America.

Fairchild's appointment comes shortly after the addition of Orlando, Florida-based JAMCO Inc. and Westminster Lift of British Columbia to the Mariotti network.

Fairchild Equipment was founded in 1985 as Yale Materials Handling. Under the leadership of Gary Fairchild, the dealership diversified its manufacturers to add other brands, expanded its service areas in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Upper Michigan and Northern Illinois, and grew from five to over 250 employees.
