In an effort to make its 601 wireless access monitoring system much easier for an equipment dealer to demo,
Keytroller now offers its
BOX DEMO KIT. This kit comes with a pre-programmed 601 LCD device with WiFi radio embedded, a wireless WiFi router and a wireless Dell laptop with KEYPATROLLER software pre-loaded. The 601 device is connected in the demo box to the relay sensor module, impact module, speed sensor, flashing siren alarm and a bank of switches to simulate seat switch, seat belt, low oil etc. The user simply plugs in the box demo, router and laptop and the demo is ready to go without the pain and confusion of configuring radios, programming RFID cards into the device, loading SQL database or loading KEYPATROLLER software onto the PC.
In about an hour the user can completely evaluate the hardware by flashing RFID card to enable the device, go through a typical checklist, see maintenance scheduled (by date or hour meter) simulate an abusive impact, simulate a speeding event and wireless connection from the laptop to the 601 for programming and downloading. The demo can even send TEXT messages wirelessly to the device from the laptop.

This is an easy way for any dealer to demo a KEYTROLLER 601 without all the pain of configuring wireless networks and learning software. The user can "kick the tires" of the device without the expense of installing it on a machine. Evaluation committees can view the tabletop demo and watch the internet session and ask questions as they arise through the demonstration.
