Another financial reporting season is upon us, as companies reflect on the third quarter of 2019.
So far, there are strong indications that the materials handling sector continues to make progress in the face of toughening conditions. The reports included this week, from Europe and North America, show steady profit growth - although there is patchy performance in some geographic markets and some equipment sectors.
Overall, it looks like a spread of solutions - including both hardware and, increasingly, services - and access to multiple markets around the world are ensuring financial strength and profitable operations.
