818,600 forklifts and counting. That, according to Jungheinrich Group's market intelligence, is the number of units shipped globally in the first nine months of 2014. The indications are that sales for the full year will hit seven figures.
But, as we have seen for some time, market strength differs from region to region and for Jungheinrich at least, Western Europe and China are the main growth engines.
Of course, plenty can still change in the last three months of the year!
