CeMAT Australia saw some large exhibits

In this week’s Forkliftaction News, we take a closer look at the main theme coming out of the recent CeMAT Australia event in Sydney: automation; why some are holding back and why not everyone will automate.

Another major talking point at the event was the continuing uncertainty around the US Administration’s tariff policies.

The tariffs have now been set for many countries with the average coming in at 18.3%, though China still faces an August 12 deadline.

The first of the Q2 financial results have also started to come in and they reflect a market which one manufacturer describes as “a degraded environment”. Find out what that means for Q2 revenues.
