The UK Fork Lift Truck Association (FLTA) is certainly flying the flag for safe workplaces. As we read this week, the organisation is encouraging businesses to check their safety practices in a quick online test. It's all part of the UK's national safety week next month - and it's an example to associations worldwide.
As the FLTA recognises, accidents do happen - and cause significant losses (both in productivity and human suffering). It's impressive to see the ongoing commitment to safety and the innovative measures the group comes up with to promote safety and we applaud the efforts.
