These case studies reveal a lot about equipment trends. We see, for example, more evidence of the move to electric vehicles. The case studies also show the value of customisation.
But most importantly, they show which brands and which dealers are winning business and they highlight the aspects of customer service that are most valued by fleet managers and buyers.
