HUBTEX is now offering customers remote access to live data on their forklift fleet—expanding beyond its existing remote maintenance capabilities—through a comprehensive fleet management package.
The company’s new connectivity solutions provide a centralized overview of vehicle and fleet data, enable controlled physical access, and allow damage logging. These features are now available as an option on all HUBTEX models.
Another innovation HUBTEX will showcase at LogiMAT 2025 (Hall 10, Booth 10C31): its sensor-powered aisle entry assistant for rail-guided multidirectional forklifts. This system enhances safety by helping drivers enter narrow aisles more precisely, reducing the risk of accidents.
For years, remote access to multidirectional forklifts has been a standard feature for many HUBTEX customers. The key benefit is fast troubleshooting, as service teams can access all error messages and vehicle parameters in real-time, enabling quick and effective issue resolution. Now, HUBTEX is expanding these capabilities with a comprehensive fleet management portal, allowing users to monitor vehicle utilization, energy efficiency, and fleet productivity.
Additional optional features include battery level monitoring, physical access logging, and precise driver assignment using PIN codes or transponders. The system also allows users to document damage beyond standard wear and tear. The fleet portal is easily accessible via a mobile app or web browser.
“The main advantage of our system is that we’re providing deep integration into vehicle electronics while offering state-of-the-art fleet management on a single platform,” says Michael Röbig, Head of Product Management at HUBTEX. This new connectivity solution, which will debut at LogiMAT, is available as an add-on for all HUBTEX vehicles and can be retrofitted to many existing models.

A Game-Changer for Long Loads in Narrow Aisles
At LogiMAT 2025, HUBTEX will also highlight its flagship PhoeniX series—available in various load capacities up to 35 tons. These vehicles are widely used in narrow-aisle long-goods warehouses, where precise maneuverability is critical.
To further improve safety and operational efficiency, HUBTEX has developed a new aisle entry assistant that allows drivers to semi-automatically navigate narrow aisles with their multidirectional sideloaders.
Accidents often occur when entering an aisle that is just 8 inches (200 mm) wider than the forklift on the non-cab side, especially when carrying an overhanging load. The patented assistance system minimizes collision risks, reducing damage to racking, vehicles, and goods—and significantly lowering repair costs.
