2023 may have been a turbulent year for many companies, but at HUBTEX we didn't let that get in our way. We can look back with pride on another successful year in which we were able to impress numerous customers with our reliable vehicles for handling long, heavy and bulky loads. But that's not all so far; we have exciting news and promising plans for the new year!
Reliable new multidirectional forklifts: FLUX 30 and PHOENIX series
A highlight of 2023 was undoubtedly the launch of our new 2-in-1 truck, the FLUX 30. With a load capacity of 3 tons, it sets new standards regarding maneuverability and efficiency. The patented 360-degree HX steering, available for the first time in a compact three-wheel chassis, enables smooth directional changes from longitudinal to transverse travel. This makes handling long loads in the tightest of spaces child's play. The FLUX is the ideal solution for users who mainly move pallets but also occasionally have to work with long loads - especially when loading and unloading trucks.
Our PHOENIX series has also evolved. The flexible modular system enables us to incorporate various requirements into one vehicle. The new 2829-XS and 2921-S series enable use in even narrower aisles. So the proven PHOENIX design is now also available for narrow-aisle forklifts. Users benefit from optional assistance systems and the high reliability of the HUBTEX multidirectional forklifts. PHOENIX forklifts are used when the solution has to fit the application perfectly. This ensures reliable and efficient handling of long loads. If the solution is not a 100% fit, eventually there will always be problems and costs will rise. With the PHOENIX, you can be sure that everything is tailored to your requirements.
Outlook for 2024: focus on the US market and new challenges
With the turn of the year, we focus on the US market. At the beginning of January, we will take over 100% of our previous partner, Design Storage & Handling. We are truly grateful to DSH. Thanks to their work, we are particularly well known among US steel traders and in the aviation industry. The investment in the US market opens up new opportunities for us to reach other industries, such as the timber and building materials industries, even better. Operations in steel service centers are demanding. In some cases, the vehicles are in use for 3000 hours a year. The loads are also rather heavy. Nevertheless, the machines work excellently, and the service calls are usually limited to the usual maintenance intervals. These demanding conditions show that our vehicles are not only powerful but also extremely reliable.
