Yale donated a YA55-PT hand pallet truck

Yale Materials Handling Corporation has donated a Yale YA55-PT manual hand pallet truck to the Pet Food Pantry of Eastern North Carolina. Prior to the donation, Pet Food Pantry had to rent pallet trucks to process deliveries.
Pet Food Pantry is eastern North Carolina's only dedicated, charitable pet food resource. The organisation's goal is to prevent the abandonment or surrender of cats and dogs when owners can no longer afford to feed them.
"For an organisation like ours with limited resources to serve a large need, anything we can do to reduce operating expenses goes a long way," says Kristen Below, founder, Pet Food Pantry of Eastern NC. "As we celebrate national pet month, the donation from Yale helps us make an even bigger impact as the food bank for pets."

Riwal won a Customer and Market Engagement Award

Riwal, the aerial work platform and telehandler rental specialist, was named winner of the Customer and Market Engagement Award in this year's European Business Awards at an exclusive awards ceremony held in Warsaw, Poland.
Riwal was named one of 12 category winners following a final live judging session, after the competition began last year with over 112,000 businesses from 34 countries initially considered.
Judges selected Riwal by determining that it best demonstrates that it delivers an innovative customer experience within its sector that engages all groups in its potential market, adds a powerful USP to its brand based upon an integrated omni-channel strategy, leading-edge technology and processes, measurement-led performance improvement and highly skilled employees within its own organisation and its supply chain.
